AWL Allyship Series: Creating a Culture of Respect for Gender and Sexual Diversity

Description: This workshop from the Centre for Sexuality will discuss practical strategies for creating more inclusive work environments and safer spaces for gender and sexually diverse clients and co-workers. Through interactive activities and discussion, we will deepen your understanding of the differences between sex, gender, and sexual orientation, and discuss the impacts of homophobia, biphobia, transphobia on 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. You will leave this session with skills and tools to support 2SLGBTQ+ clients and co-workers at the personal and organizational level.
