The Association of Women Lawyers’ Spring Celebration is an annual occasion where newly-called female lawyers are celebrated and acknowledged for joining the Alberta Bar. This year, we are celebrating all new 2017 calls. During the cocktail event, new lawyers, judges and justices and the AWL community gather to listen to anecdotes, stories and words of wisdom given by an esteemed member of the legal community.
This year, Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, Mary Moreau, has graciously accepted our invitation to give a keynote address.
